About The Dubai Balloon

The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis, The Palm, offers a unique, tethered helium balloon experience that provides breathtaking, panoramic 360-degree views of the iconic Dubai skyline and the Palm Jumeirah from up to 300 meters (approx. 100 storeys) in the air.

This is a key attraction located at the Aquaventure Waterpark.

Key Details

Location: The attraction is located at the Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark on Palm Jumeirah. Visitors arriving by car can use the Aquaventure parking and take a shuttle, or access it via the monorail.
Experience: The balloon is securely tethered to the ground by a cable and manually operated by experienced pilots. The flight itself lasts about 10 minutes.
Views: From the balloon’s gondola, guests can enjoy stunning views of landmarks such as the Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, the Burj Al Arab, the Burj Khalifa, and the Ain Dubai.
Accessibility: The experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible, with staff available to assist.
Safety & Restrictions: The flights are weather-dependent and may be canceled due to high winds or adverse conditions. Certain health conditions, such as heart problems or pregnancy (over 3 months), may preclude participation for safety reasons.
