THE SIB Palm Strip

The SIB Restaurant is a highly rated Persian dining spot in Dubai known for its authentic flavors, premium ingredients like specially imported Hashemi rice, and unique “fusion” items like Paratha Buns. • Kebabs: Famous for the Sultani Kebab (reputed to be one of the biggest in Dubai), Kebab Koobideh, and the Dande Kabab (traditional lamb ribs from Kermanshah).
