Sana Restaurant (Madinat Jumeirah) is a contemporary Uzbek and Central Asian restaurant located in the Jumeirah Mina A’Salam hotel in Dubai. It recently opened in September 2025 and is known for blending 30 years of traditional Uzbek culinary heritage with modern techniques. The restaurant features a floating terrace with waterfront views and a secret speakeasy lounge called Moon Bar.
